CHRONOPOST: the delivery person calls you for instructions, most of the time the package will be dropped off at the nearest relay point and available for collection the next day. Deliveries are made between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. with Chronopost.COLISSIMO: The deliverer returns the next day, if the package has still not been delivered, it will be available at the nearest post office. Deliveries are made between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. with Colissimo.
The refund conditions are simple: 1. The product arrived defective, badly deflated, or punctured. Just send us a photo and we will refund within 72 hours, or send another balloon depending on the choice.
2. The product never arrived or was returned to us: All our packages are tracked by Colissimo and Chronopost. We reimburse if the Colissimo website (colissimo.fr) confirms that the package has never arrived. If the package is displayed as having arrived with the recipient, we do not refund. Please note, in the event of the recipient's absence, the French Buvette team is not responsible.
